Project Overview:
Daybreak is a large-scale, mixed-use development in north Bismarck that blends commercial, retail, medical, and residential components. The “Daybreak 2nd Addition” represents a significant expansion phase: new commercial lots, retail-oriented parcels, and infrastructure to support future development.
