Cale was born and raised in Hazen, North Dakota. He started his career with Swenson, Hagen & Company as a part-time draftsman in 2007 while attending Bismarck State College and North Dakota State University. Cale became a full-time employee in 2010 after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He became a registered Professional Engineer in North Dakota in 2014 and a partner in the firm in 2016.
In the past ten years, Cale has learned about and participated in a variety of civil engineering projects. He enjoys all aspects of civil engineering and strives to be a well-rounded engineer. Cale has an eye for detail and a strong sense of teamwork, which makes him an asset to our team.
Cale and his wife, Rachel, stay busy chasing their three children—Lyla, Beau, and Chet. He enjoys spending time with family, whether they’re on the pontoon, in the backyard, or watching a movie at home. Cale also enjoys working on home improvement projects, hunting, and fishing.
