Tim Langerud grew up in northeast North Dakota and moved to Bismarck in 1995 to begin working with Swenson, Hagen & Company as a survey technician and instrument operator. In 2007, Tim acquired his ND registration as a Professional Land Surveyor. Tim became a member of North Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors in 1997, served as NDSPLS President in 2012, and remains as an active member today.
Tim’s experience with cadastral surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivisions, aerial control and construction staking will ensure that your residential and commercial projects translate from design to construction. Tim has an innate ability to communicate between engineers and contractors to provide a precise product. Additionally, his experience with municipal improvement projects and public lands make him a valuable asset when working with various government entities.
Tim and his wife Shelli are proud parents of two Eagle Scouts, Jacob and Garrett. Tim enjoys fall in North Dakota and its variety of hunting opportunities with his sons.
