Project Overview:
Elk Ridge is one of north Bismarck’s major developing areas—a growing residential community positioned to accommodate new families, expanded housing options, and long-term neighborhood growth. As part of this development, the new Elk Ridge Elementary School and surrounding infrastructure required careful planning and engineering to ensure safe access, reliable utilities, and a layout that supports future expansion.
Swenson, Hagen & Co. was selected to lead the land surveying, land planning, civil design, and construction oversight for both the school site and the broader Elk Ridge subdivision phases. Our work helped transform open land into a well-organized, buildable, and community-ready development.
