Project Overview:
Legacy High School is one of Bismarck’s flagship secondary education facilities—designed to support modern learning environments, expanded enrollment, and long-term community growth. The campus includes academic wings, athletic facilities, parking areas, pedestrian routes, and large outdoor spaces that needed to be carefully planned and engineered. Swenson, Hagen & Co. was responsible for the site survey, civil site design, construction surveying, and construction administration for the project. Our work provided the foundation for a safe, functional, and efficient school site that serves thousands of students, faculty, and visitors each year.
